Shipping policy

At Gym Girlz United, the best customer service is always of utmost importance to us. As you may be aware, Gym Girlz United - USA is still young and is the sister store of Gym Girlz United located in Australia.

Any products that are in stock and ready to be shipped, will take 24-48hours to be packed and shipped. We ask to allow up to 7 days for delivery of these products after shipping.

Some of our stock is still on its way to our warehouse in the US, which means, your delivery may take a little longer. We do have this information in the product description if applicable.

Some of our products are made to order and can take 2-4weeks to be delivered. This information is in the product description of those products.

We often hold pre-orders for products when Christmas is approaching. This is to ensure all our customers get the chance to buy a popular product likely to sell out quickly. It also helps us get more of an understanding if we have enough in production or if we need to produce more. This allows us to ensure you don't miss out!

If you order multiple products, your products may arrive separately if they are coming from different locations.

Being a new store, we are always adding new products to our website and we are also in the process of shipping extra products to our warehouse in the US. We ask for your understanding and patience, while we get more stock into our warehouse.

Custom Uniform orders take 8-10weeks to be delivered after payment has been made. All uniforms will be sent together to the nominated club address.
